Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from our Lucknow workshop. Standard delivery takes 4 to 7 business days depending on your delivery location. Metro cities typically receive deliveries within 3 to 5 business days.

We provide FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders across India! A nominal handling fee may be applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments.

In the rare event of receiving a damaged or incorrect garment, please message us on WhatsApp (+91-7304760584) or email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the garment and outer package. We will immediately arrange a priority pickup and send you a brand new replacement.

Once the returned product is picked up and verified at our quality center, refunds are initiated within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment mode (UPI, card, or bank account for COD).

• Mulmul & Modal Cotton: Gentle hand wash in cold water using mild liquid detergent.
• Never use bleach or hard brushes over embroidery work.
• Always dry inside out in shade and steam iron on the reverse side.

Chikankari kurtis look best with a relaxed, breathable drape - so if you are between two sizes, we suggest picking one size larger.
